Applicability of Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all information we collect from current and former clients, including you, through our website (paperworkpros.flywheelstaging.com), application (the Paperwork Pros App), and any email, text, voice messages, and other electronic messages between you and this website or our application. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through other means, including on any other website operated by Paperwork Pros, Inc. or any third party.
What information do we collect?
We collect information directly from you when you make an order, register on our website or application, or pay invoices electronically, which information includes without limitation:
- Identification information: your name, email address, phone number, street address, date of birth, text-enabled cellular/wireless telephone number, and similar information regarding your customers
- Financial Information: your bank account and routing number and credit card information
- Social Web Information: your friends’ contact information
- Device Information: your IP address, log-in information, browser type, pages you have accessed, device type, device identification number, time zone, language setting, browser type, and geolocation
Information from Children
We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under the age of 13 years old.

When we receive information from you
We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, use our application, pay electronic invoices, or use certain other site features.
When information is collected through automatic data collection technologies –Cookies

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to protect your PII. Your PII is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All transactions are processed through a payment gateway service provider and transaction information is not stored or processed on our servers. We are therefore not responsible or liable for compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Such payment gateway service provider handling all credit card transactions and ACH transactions is responsible for PCI DSS compliance. We do not use malware scanning.
Data breach
Despite our efforts to ensure security on our networks, we cannot guarantee that PII may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of our administrative, managerial, and technical safeguards. Therefore, we urge users of our website to take adequate precautions to protect their PII as well, including never sharing any login or account information with anyone.
